What momentum you may ask? There's momentum alright. There's activity in foreclosures and short sales - we all know that, but have you seen the new building taking place? That's encouraging! Bidders are lining up for properties priced below $350,000 and investors are scouring the neighborhoods looking for deals. There's momentum for sure.
